About

Molly Conway, PMHNP-BC

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing medication management for adults across Massachusetts via Telehealth. I specialize in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. I have clinical experience providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management across a range of in-patient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings.

My Goal:

To offer psychiatric care that slows things down, looks deeper, and actually supports the full treatment process—not just symptom suppression.
Too often people with OCD, eating disorders, or substance use disorders are handed medication without enough explanation, collaboration, or connection to their broader treatment goals.
Psychiatric care should feel different.
It should feel:
  • Clear, not rushed
  • Collaborative, not prescriptive
  • Grounded in understanding, not guesswork
  • Integrated with therapy and other supports

Specialities:

I specialize in treating adults experiencing:
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), including intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors
  • Eating disorders and disordered eating patterns
  • Substance use disorders
  • Anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety and panic
  • Depression with complex or treatment-resistant features
  • Co-occurring trauma-related symptoms
Many of the people I work with are already in therapy—or are beginning to engage in deeper therapeutic work such as ERP or CBT-E—and are looking for psychiatric support that complements that process.

Sub-Specialities:

  • ADHD
  • Anger Management
  • Autism
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Borderline Personality Disorder
  • Depression
